Bosch Launches A FREAK’N Contest!

Bosch is announcing the biggest contest in Bosch history. Starting August 21st (today), they plan on giving away 2,000 of their 18V Socket-Ready Impact Drivers (IDH182) coupled with a CORE18V 6.3 Ah battery. This is their latest battery platform – more powerful than ever, and backwards compatible on all their 18V lithium ion tools. “The Freak,” is the new name for this unique ½ socket and ½ driver – a two-in-one impactor that can do it all!

Entering to win is pretty simple. All you need to do is hire a writer and producer, find a director with a strong background in short film and a production team. OR just put your cell phone in selfie mode and talk for 30 seconds. Either way, you’ll be entered to win 1 of 2,000! Just be sure your video includes your need for the Bosch Cordless Platform.

Once you’ve created your 30 second masterpiece explaining your need for a Freak’n cordless platform, head over to boschtools.com/Freak to submit.

Bosch is going to sort through ALL of the very many submissions and find the top 2,000 videos that stick out. Have fun and be creative. Also, follow the hashtag #FreakNContest to stay updated and watch some of the other submissions.

I would love to have this for all my remodeling projects I have going right now.

  2. Kim Bennett says:

I would love to have one because I don’t have one yet. And I could use one. All my tools are Milwaukee. So if I was to win one I could compare it to my cordless Milwaukee tools.

  3. William Strickland says:

I’m a big fan of Bosch tools! I have used them over the years and have very very good service out of them. I would love to try out your new one and see how it holds up. Thanks, I hope I win one…

  4. Mike Helbing says:

Ought to have a click on for contest rules and deadline. Most all my uncorded fredom tools are Bosch, my 32 v hammer drill, Large drill, drill and nut driver. I will do the video thing. It seems to be fun.
